    • Create an account with a contact management service that best suits your needs. My favorites are Aweber, Constant Contact and MailChimp
    • Link to your Twitter and Facebook
    • Import any existing subscribers you provide via Excel or CSV file {please note: if this isn’t available and I need to manually enter contacts in, no problem! additional data entry charge will apply at the hourly rate}
    • Creation of one custom template with images/logos/headers you’ve provided
    • Create a sign-up form for your site {providing you with a code for your web person to add to your site}
    • Add a newsletter sign-up tab to your Facebook page if needed

You know the importance of having an online presence. This is your biggest marketing tool that showcases your products and talents. It’s how you can promote your business to the world. Your audience is just waiting for you! So if you need to get started with a new site or blog, I’m your girl:

  • Set up your hosting account
  • Install your WordPress site {my specialty} and theme of your choice

    • I’ll send you a test of the newsletter for your approval
    • Once you’ve given me the thumbs-up I’ll make sure your newsletter is signed, sealed, and delivered {virtually, of course!} to the appropriate subscriber list
    • Provide the stats regarding the success of the campaign {who read it? what images or links did they click?}
    • Assist with any list management adjustments/questions
